Queensland Government’s Play On! Sports Voucher Program

This year, we are officially a registered provider for the Queensland Government’s Play On! Sports Voucher program, making it easier than ever for QLD students to hit the trails at our local events.

Play On! Sport Government Program (QLD)

We are proud to support the Play On! Sports Voucher program. This Queensland Government initiative aims to reduce the cost of living for local families while keeping kids active and healthy.

Program Details:

• Voucher Value: Eligible families can receive a voucher worth up to $200.
• Eligibility: Children and young people aged 5 to 17 who reside in Queensland.
• Usage: The voucher can be used to cover registration fees for any Rocky Trail Academy event held in QLD.
• Key Dates: Round 3 opens 27 July 2026, and will close on Friday, 18 December 2026, vouchers must be used by Friday 18 June 2027.

How to Register & Use Your Voucher

To apply your government voucher to a Queensland Rocky Trail Academy event, follow these steps to receive your unique registration discount code:

Step 1: Secure Your QLD Voucher

Apply for your voucher through the Queensland Government Play On! website. Once approved, you will receive a voucher with a unique number.

Step 2: Complete the Rocky Trail EOI Form

Before heading to our standard registration page, you must submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) so we can verify your voucher:

2. Provide the Student Name, Voucher Number, and the specific QLD event you wish to attend.
3. Upload a digital copy or clear photo of your voucher.

Step 3: Receive Your Registration Code

Once our team verifies your voucher, we will email you a Rocky Trail Registration Code. This code will apply the voucher value to your race entry.

Step 4: Finalize Event Registration

Go to our QLD Event Registration Portal, select your event, and enter your unique code at the checkout to complete your booking.
